• All students must have their required amount of classes per testing period.

• Students must be efficient in their curriculum.

• All students are required to attend two classes during Pre-Testing week.

• Intent to Promote sheets and Positive Behavior Calendars must be turned in the day before graduation.

• All parents of Black Belt Club members must speak with a WMAA instructor no later than the Tuesday prior to graduation to make sure their child is eligible for graduation. Please give a call to the academy prior to classtime hours.

• Instructors have an obligation to all students, the Academy, as well as themselves: If a student is not ready to take on the mental and physical aspects of their rank, testing will be postponed accordingly.

• The academy may schedule a make-up test the Saturday after graduation. Otherwise there are no more make up tests. Please check the website and monthly newsletters which will give sufficient notice as to the graduation dates and times.
