Our program is a theme-based curriculum that is designed to hold the child’s attention while motivating them to excel and learn new skills. We have incorporated three virtues into our program that are represented by cartoon style characters of a wolf, bear and eagle. The eagle represents total focus, the wolf represents extreme listening and the bear represents courage and strength. These are all tied into a simple reward system that keeps kids coming back for more, while giving them the desire to work hard and succeed in class.

Sticker Reward System for Kickin’ Kubs

The theme based curriculum we used hold students attention while motivating them to excel and learn new skills. Utilizing cartoon style characters, we assign each character a special attribute, and then tie this attribute into a positive virtue that children can apply in everyday life.

At the end of each class, we give each child a sticker to represent the lesson taught. Stickers are collected and save towards prizes, thus reinforcing the lesson via a reward system. Our sticker program is common to many parents, and has been adopted from similar programs used by well-known psychiatrists and motivational experts.
