Continually, we speak to our students about motivation and keep them striving for more. Along the road to achieving higher levels sometimes students get symptoms of burn out or feeling like their goals are too hard and far away to attain. Beginning in January 2007 we will be implementing our "Perfect Attendance" award.

The "Perfect Attendance" award will be given to all students who attend their required amount of classes and receive nineteen or more points per class. After this has been met in a month period the student will receive a "Perfect Attendance" certificate. "Perfect Attendance" will receive a six inch kick trophy as a reward. When students reach four months of perfect attendance (which do not have to be consecutive), they are able to turn in their four six inch trophies for one twelve inch trophy. Next, if they receive three 12 inch trophies (which is equal to one year of perfect attendance), they turn in their three twelve inch trophies and receive our One Year Plaque.

We do understand that sometimes students miss classes due to illness, vacations and conflicts with other sports or activities. There are ways to make up missed classes; privates or camps (count for two classes). Please ask the instructor and we can even set up mini-privates with two to three students.

The "Perfect Attendance" goal is to motivate, excite students and to teach them that in order to receive, they must give as well. We want our students to work hard and develop good attendance records and positive habits. We know this will greatly help students motivate themselves, keep focused on achieving their goals and stay on the road to BLACK BELT.
